Immigration Psychological Evaluations

I offer trauma-informed psychological evaluations for immigration cases, including asylum, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, and extreme hardship petitions. These evaluations are designed to provide clear, clinically sound documentation that supports legal proceedings while prioritizing the emotional safety and dignity of each client.

My approach combines compassionate, culturally responsive interviewing with thorough clinical assessment. I take care to explain each step of the process, move at a trauma-informed pace, and create a space where clients feel respected and understood. Final reports are well-organized, clearly written, and grounded in clinical findings so attorneys can confidently submit them as part of an immigration case.

As a first-generation U.S. citizen, I feel deeply connected to this work and am committed to supporting individuals and families navigating the immigration system with care, professionalism, and integrity.
